Plastic-coated gabion mesh is also called green mesh. The pvc plastic-coated gabion mesh (green mesh) is made of corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high-strength, low-carbon, high-galvanized steel wire or 10% aluminum-zinc dilute alloy-coated steel wire (or homogenous-coated polymer steel wire). Stranded and woven into a multi-stranded, hexagonal mesh, the length of the double-wire hinged part should not be less than 5cm, so as not to damage the protective coating of the steel wire. Green grids can be assembled into cages according to engineering design requirements, and then filled with fillers such as blocks and connected to form a whole, which is used as a new technology for embankment, roadbed protection and other projects. If a layer of PVC or PE is coated on the surface of low carbon high galvanized or 10% aluminum-zinc dilute alloy steel wire (other polymers cannot be used), the finished structure will be more rust-proof, anti-static, anti-aging, corrosion-resistant, With the characteristics of high compression resistance and high shear resistance, it can effectively resist seawater or highly polluted environments.
